(AGI) Rome - Switzerland is the first country to have submitted its request to sign up for and take part in Milan Expo 2015.
Milan's Mayor and Expo government extraordinary advisor Letizia Moratti made the announcement during a press conference in Rome's Palazzo Chigi. .

it's FEEDING THE PLANET ENERGY FOR LIFE and the egg has it all.

not "energy" in its primary mean. that could be Astana 2017 Recognised Expo (look at the bid site)

unfortunately voters are not designers and they cannot see the value of the egg.

the new Expo 2015 logo has been chosen and it's the colored "Expo 2015" one

I can fully understand the departure from the simple paintbrush stroke typeface. The overlapping colored logo is just as good- fun to be exact. It's in fact inviting. Makes go see the fair.
