Sa tinuuray lang maglagot jud ko magtan.aw aning proyektuha! Bo-go jud ni si Tomas Osmena!!! Dapat iyang ipamutang nga establisemento ngari sa SRP kay mga kompanya nga makahatag ug trabaho sa kadaghanan ug mag generate ug continuous na income sa atong siudad! Dapat gihimo ni ug industrial/science based park! Dili dapat mga condo sa mga datu ang gipamutang niya ngare! Dili jud ni sustainable ang iyang gibuhat sa SRP! Kung magbutang syag mga resisdential dapat ginagmay lang unta pareha sa IT-park.

Condo units for the rich is still an income generating ventures, IMHO...

Rich people usually hires 4 maids/caregivers and one driver. Filinvest alone will have thousand of units sold to rich people, so you can imagine the jobs it can generate...

The tone of your post is a bit selfish. Please give some place for the rich to live.

Well, let's just wait and see. I might not in favor of having luxury units for the rich in SRP, which was supposedly a job generating project, but who knows, that it will be for the better.

Like for example, mga dato nga foreign retirees na ang namalit ug unit diha. So, kay diha naman sila namuyo, ang ato mga hospitals ug medical centers mo-tubo gud. Unya ang ato mga caregivers/nurses, instead moadto pa's lain nasod, ang ila na mismo pasyente mao'y ning-anhi.

Not to mention, nga kaning mga tiguwang nga dato, relax mode na ni sila. So, ang ato tourism/leisure sector ani, mo-boom pud.

even CBP and CITP kay naa man gani mga residential type like condiminums, or bisan gani kanang Makati Business District, Ortigas, BGC, naa pud, sakto man pud na kay aron ang mga tag-iya ug mga negosyo nga within ra sa business district nila kay diha ra sad puyo..hehe

Ako pa karon ang selfish? Minatay nalang! Dapat ang kadaghanan sa mga sugbuanon ang makapahimos aning SRP! Dili ang mga pipila lang ka adunahan!

Ang orihinal na planu baya aning SRP nganung gibautang ta sa Japan kay para industrial park baya! Gitabangan ta sa Japan para makaestablish ang cebu ug industrial backbone.. Para makahatag ug trabaho sa mga mga sugbuanon! Para makatabang pud sa ekonomiya sa atong sugbu ug sa tibook nasud!

Karon unsa man ang gibuhat ni Tomas? Mga dato ra ang makapahimos ani! Bisan ang gobyerno sa sugbo angkalsi aning sitwasyuna! Sa pagkahalin ra sa yuta nakapahimos ang sugbo. Wala pa makahatag ug trabaho sa mga propesyunal na sugbuanon!

Wa juy lami ning proyektuha! Ambot lang nganu ang ubang sugbuanon ngari lipay kaayo nakakita ani FESTE!!!!
