It is very easy to say na dpat mg construct og stadium, sport facilities etc. But we should also take into consideration na we dont have the resources yet and there are more important things that needs to be taken care of.. I guess Mayor Tom was too busy rebuilding the damage done by Alvin, thus he made it sure na at least SRP is well developed since it will be the biggest driver of Cebu's economy.

Guys, I think the residential project is ang Filinvest ra man. The rest kay dili na man so I think it is not a problem. Plus, we have to realize that this residential enclave is the main market para sa mga iput-up diha. I think from the start it was never intended to be just a CBD..but it's a part of it. And it will be a nest for rich people and I expected that too. But I think daghan pod ug areas sa SRP and open for everyone and will be enjoyed by the general Cebuano populace, like sports facilities and the developments near the waterfront, diha sa pond F na area, and some green open spaces, then the malls of course.

Naa gyud na mupisik sa atoa oi.. but let's just be patient. It may not be social justice to the max, but I must admit that it is an economically practical move to capture the rich who will settle there because we need their money to spur the growth in SRP and of course the whole metro. Kung magdepend lang sa poorer quarters of our population (kung diin ko nalakip) mura og hinay gyud ang progress diha. So musabot na lang ko. Hate to admit it but we need the rich people this time. hehe.

naa biya daghan mangita ug lugar nga may sea view or mountain view or city view or something that gives you peace and quite. ug tag 5 storeys lang na ilang mga residential units. unsa man imong makita ug malilian kon iimo rang silingan. morag tungason na siya nga concept to attract the rich and famous taking into account nga saba unya na dihang dapita kay within city proper

I don't think nga saba nya na diha dapita bai. A 5-story building would be enough for that, unless magpalabi sila ug tukod ug highrises sa Pond F/nga naa sa Seaside gyud mismo. (I'll post some pics here unya, nig uli nakos balay aron mas maklaro). The whole enclave itself is within SRP which will be a controlled area, with hopefully strict rules including traffic rules, unya ang lugar mismo will most probably be off-limits to nonresidents then sa tan-aw nako it can be quiet there.

Diri bai, pwerteng ka high density ang mga balay, ug urban na kung urban, and everything is within walking and biking distance unlike most places sa US, but mingaaaaw kaayo hahaha. I think it can be done in SRP.

Ayala Land premier gyud to nga project so masaligan gyud sa mga dato.

maayo lagi unta ug dili matabunan kay pila ray pagbutang ug high rise sa imong atubangan ah that will block your view. mao na nahitabo diri sa long beach nga ang mga high rise apt buildings nagtabon sa nga low rise residential buildings that used to have a good view of the coastline now they have to walk to the beachfront to see it. legal battle ang gihimo sa uban nga dili matagaan ug building permit to build the high rise but modaog gyud ang mga high rise builders kay the property belongs to them.

True.

But who knows, probably this will be their first awesome, jaw dropping project upon completion considering that the Gotianun's are originally from Cebu.

ganahan gyud ko na madayon ilang proposed marina coz one of the missing things that tourists long to see in Cebu is a marina and a waterfront where they can enjoy strolling.

mao nay development ilang sundon? dili kasabot nganong manggamit man ang mga developer ug pictures from other projects. dili biya sila mahadlok sa copyright law no or theyre just playing dumb and stupid nga lain pix ibutang unya lain pud ang gawas in actuality. sometimes kana pud atong mga developer walay alamag sa law and ethics basta duna silay kuwarta nga ikabuild. whats the use of going to school nowadays.

When you look at their flyers, brochures, and marketing materials, you'll find a disclaimer that the picture is just for announcement purposes and artist's perspective and is subject to change. That's why I dont believe in renderings

bai, i dont think na "sundon" nila per se, i think they just showed na the development will be similar to the one in the picture, which is a seaside commercial, entertainment, retail and dining area, with yacht docks, etc..

they can envision their own concepts without copying somebody else's. maayo ug wala tay mga architects and fine artists and building designers dinha sa atoa. nagsugwak na atong mga graduates dinha. makaingon ko nga walay salig sa atong mga designers atong mga investors.
