There was once a travel series about a schoolgirl from tokyo travelling by trains to other parts of Japan in her summer vacation.
Does anybody know its name or where I can find it?

I remember watching that show awhile back in another thread...

Anyway, they are easy to find because the girl who they follow around is none other than Horikita Maki, one of the most famous actresses in Japan.

The program's title is "少女と鉄道". There are two different episodes: "その先の日本を見に。〜少女と鉄道・一筆書きの夏〜" and "その先の私を見に。〜少女と鉄道・2005年春〜".

Ah, this is the original site I remember watching this show at. This site has lots of interesting videos; I remember watching something here regarding a theory that the Ark of the Covenant ended up in Japan along with a lost tribe of Jews lol.

Here's a vid of Nissan Skyline (R34 I think) with the JDM speed limiter removed allowing it to reach up to 300 km/h and it successfully does.
