Would have been better if the entire tower were a hotel, with some suites at where the office floors are at.

I disagree. Mixed use buildings lead to a more diverse and interresting city.

Definately. I like this tower a lot, but the bottom floor is a failure. Needs a more marked entrance and it would had been much nicer with some shops on the bottom floor as well.
