with lukewarm sales in the first tower is the builder wants to commit suicide by going ahead with other tower.BTW GHMC has so far not permitted 45 floors.

Lehman invested a lot in these kind of ventures ($100Mn in one big project it self in 2007-08 era). Apart from that, good amount of block money is also chasing these ventures.
And more than that, they sold 30 to 50% at good old rates, and recovered their entire cost from there.
Right now, Hyderabad rates dirt cheaper, if we compare it with Bangalore, chennai etc.
Hyderabad has witnessed these kind of dull phases before 2000, and bounced back as well. So I guess, it has to bounce back now as there is surge in commercial activities (Ex: TCS trebled their hyderabad headcount from 6000 to 18000 in last 2 years. And added one 6000 people training center. This came in Economic times in last week. )

On a clear day these Towers are visible from patny flyover which i think is around 20Km from the site.......and one can expect what kind of city view a person will get living on those top floors of the tower

Great pics rockystone! Note the windows, they're adding a few now, and I think they might be about to start cladding the buildings. BTW, how tall are they now?

Who are you to tell whether they had sales or not.. you need Appreciate the fact that they are committed to complete the project & gained the confidence of investors...Hope you did not invest/spend a single rupee on this like me...

Not sure about movie stars, but I am sure lot of these apartments are already booked. looking at the speed at which they are constructing.

hey peeps! this thread hasn't been updated in a while so thought i'd fill you guys in on some stuff. We're planning to buy an apartment in one of these buildings so the guys at Lodha sent us this in a mail:

But the plan on their website shows only 9 towers in total..

They may not have updated their siteplan on their website.. scooby can u plz send us their site plan if u have one..
It looks like they are not building 2 of those original towers and calling the interconnected parts as a single tower..
Btw what is that structure at the left bottom?? Is it a temp strucutre?

I visited the site an year back and it (left bottom structure) was their Marketing office @ site which has a model flat too.

Prodigist, the plan they sent me looks exactly the same as the one you posted. In any case they did send me a handful of pictures which kinda explain the current state of construction at the site, and would also make for a wonderful update, so here they are.
