Hi everybody!
What I´m going to show you is a compilation of the photographies that have been taken by Carlos Catardi(posted by the forumer Jaguar in the Argentinian and Latian American Forum)
in his flight in elicopter from Campana City to the Center of Buenos Aires.
You can also watch the North Suburban Area of Buenos Aires( Tigre, San Isidro and Vicente Lopez)

Enjoy it!!

(00)From Campana City to Buenos Aires City (70 km)

(01) Flying over Campana City

(02)

(03)

(04)In the first plane the central avenue of Campana. Buenos Aires is towards the neighborhoods of the bottom

(05)Industries and ports located in the low bordering zones of the Parana River.

(06)Continuing where I indicated in the 4th photo, we overfly the last neighborhoods of the city.

(07)one of the industrial parks of the zone (this one newly is filling)

(08)Following the highway we will find to Buenos Aires.

(09)Approaching the limit of the department of Campana, there is the new Hotel Sofitel La Reserva Cardales.
5 stars, golf of 18 holes, center of conventions, and a country club around that little by little is filling.

(10)

(11)We move away a little from the firm land, to go to not so firm lands. It is the delta of the Parana.

(12)Urbanization in one of the islands.

(13)Banks of sand in the river. In the bottom you´ll find the buildings of the Tigre City. We approach already to Buenos Aires.

(14)We cross the Luján River and again begin the populated lands, which though already it looks like the delta, They are the coast of Buenos Aires.
This one is the zone of Tigre.

(15)It is possible to see part of one of the famous neighborhoods, Nordelta, considered already not a country club but an independent locality for his great size and quantity of services.

(16)

(17)Neighborhood in construction.

(18)

(19) More neighborhoods. You can find behind them the beautiful city of Tigre.

(20)Leaving Tigre City behind we´ll find San Isidro's coasts.
( The nearby buildings are from other cities of the conurbano as Olivos and Vicente Lopez)

(21)A coastal golf and residential neighborhoods crossed by little rivers.

(22)Continuing for the coast of the Rio de la Plata, and against the gully that borders on it, we can to appreciate magnificent residences. Some of them modern and other ones ancient.

(22bis)

(23)More of this part of the coast. Below the gully you´ll find the railroad (the line called " Train of the Coast ").

(24)

(25)San Isidro's racetrack.

(26)We come to Buenos Aires! Here already we are on the parks of Palermo.

(27)Looking at the river.

(28)Racetrack, field of pole, and buildings of Palermo.

(29)The Rosedal:

(30)Zoo, Botanical Garden and the complex of The Rural. The parks in a sight very New Yorker to the Central Park style..

(31)Park The Heras, in Palermo also. Density!

(32)Cemetery of the Recoleta.

(33)9 de Julio Av. seen from the north.

(34)The port of Buenos Aires.

(35)And here we come to Catalinas's zone (in the first plane) and behind we can find Puerto Madero.

(36)The Argentinian Presidential Palace, Plaza de Mayo, and the microcenter. Greet our chairwoman!

(37)Turning to the left side, Puerto Madero and his towers. Behind the ecological reservation and the Rio de la Plata.

(38)Continuing towards the south, the neighborhood of La Boca and La Bombonera. To the bottom you´ll find in the left side Avellaneda's city,
and more to the bottom you can see other cities of the south.

(39)And here we finish, a photo without the glamour of others. Port area of the Riachuelo River in La Boca.
To the bottom you can see to the right the city of Buenos Aires, and to the left side Avellaneda.

I hope you like it, I´m sorry for my English! A greeting from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

a thread should be specifically about architecture to be here. ANY thread showing photos of a city would be moved to Architecture, then, leaving other forums empty, because all of them show "architecture and urban planning"

these are city photos, should be under the appropriate section.

Awesome thread anyway, what a gorgeous city.
