Being the pedestrian zone outside of the stock exchange, Wall Street can be a market square.

Some market squares in England - Malmesbury, Wells and Chichester, three examples which are all marked by traditional "market crosses":

I love the Market square of Berlin. Walking in the Berlin square gives the feeling of walking in ancient roman city. The classical roman architecture looks beautiful even today

Wow! Place Stanislas looks so neat and majestic. The French are truly masters in art. I would love to settle here.

Here is project in Montenegro (Small country on Balkan)

The unique project combines religious and health tourism on a mesmerizing location. Milions of pilgrims who visit the monastery of Ostrog are the architects of this authentic project.

I mean this with the utmost respect, as European squares are clearly the most beautiful, pristine squares and markets, but can we try to post more pics of squares outside Europe? I think those are a bit more interesting, as they tend to be much different

^ good shout.

Some of the most fascinating public spaces, that are very close to Europe but very different to it, are those of North Africa. Would be nice if posters would share their favourite Morroccan, Tunisian or Algerian examples.

Completely agreed, and I'm even curious about European colonial offshoots, such as the US, it seems here we've really evolved (as times in a good way, at times not) the concept of a market/city square.
