Hi Ferra.

I sold it one month ago-sorry.
I was one of the original investors and simply ran out of patience-I have never been lied to so many times in my life!!

I have been involved in many developements in Dubai and cannot recommend too strongly how much I like the Diamond projects.

Price,location of MD's 1,3,4,5 and 6,and where they are in a position to do so they tell the truth.

I have a couple for sale as well.

Matter of personal opinion, of course, but it just looks like a glorfied JBR tower, especially now that it's lost its crown.

All it needs now (besides is roof!) is some Roman-Greco style statuettes or reliefs. Even some of those nice Roman urns would look nice.

Looks pretty much Done from the outside apart from Landscaping etc.

Would love to see the inside of this tower as the exterior is excellent. Hopefully Interior will be as good.

No Doubt someones gonna say Shame it lost the crown.
