i've been to a lot of high-rise buildings in Manila and Cebu, and for some reason, not even once i have encountered a building without a 4th floor, to say the least. perhaps this is not widely practiced by the Filipino-Chinese. but definitely all of the buildings i've been to do not have a 13th floor.

Agree, That's also I observe both buildings in Cebu & Manila nga ako nasak-an...

Di lang kai way 13th floor, ang height sa suppose floor gi patas-an gamay ang katas-on by few inches.
