I'v seen the poster for this tower since 2007, I don't know if they started or will start it, but I guess they will since they havent taken it down.

DreamCity is not finished yet !!!
Some villas were finished & occupied, but some are still under construction.
Progress is very slow due to lack of funds.

i heard the whole project was canceled..do you have any source?

No, Dream city is partially completed.
I have some relatives who got a villa in Dream City & they are living there now.
But part of this project is still under civil work.

For Korek Tower, I don't know if it's canceled or not, but they didn't started for sure.

In my last trip to Erbil i didn't see anything about this project . you can change the title to ON-HOLD

Actually i think we should change it to NEVER BUILT.. we don't know if it's even a real project !

we should only put it to ON-HOLD if we knew that there was some progress, but for some reason they stopped construction..

from the looks of things, this one didn't even start construction !
