I don't think it's in the projects, it's not in the Tenderloin or Hunter's Point. It's just not as beautiful as Lombard. Lombard is very picturesque, which is what the tourist like.@heavyzakura334: Great pictures. |

![]() In the last pic you captured, knowingly or not, the spot where Kim Novak thrust herself into the Bay, to be rescued by none other than James Stewart in Hitchcock's Vertigo. ![]() Yes, Whiked ... it's quite a hike between the two Bridges, but what a beautiful one! ![]() @firulais: yes, of course I've heard of Modesto & have been there for a conference, and I'm sure many other WC forumers (at least the CA ones) have heard of it as well. You guys are the fruit and veggie basket for us and the nation, and we appreciate it! ![]() It would be lovely if you could show us some pix of Modesto.
