I believe Rafal is next to KAFD and many other high rise building.Therefore it will be in front of panorama skyline in near future! I think location is perfect. My only concern there's no patios!

I Think The Project Is Moving Verry Fast Considring Its Start Up In 2009 I Guess Great Tower Beuatiful Design If I Ever Went To Riyadh I Will Take Some Photos But Its Seems The Saudis Here Updating It Regulery Masha Allah Keep The The Great Work
