Kristin Jarmund Architects.

This project, from the first page of this tread, have been redesigned due to demands for lower height from the local politicians. I don't think the new design have been posted so far in the tread.

A completed renovation to the entrance of a office complex in Stavanger. Not sure when it was done (it says "2012" but I don't know if this refers to the completion date or when they started working on it), but I found pictures of it right now at least.

During construction:

A building planned in Tønsberg:

They are planning to pull down this old building and place it there:
https://maps.google.com/maps?q=T%C3%...0.21,,0,-11.52

I suspect it was once more highly decorated before it went through a phase of removal of exterior details like many of our historic buildings have gone through. And now it will be demolished.

Plans for densification of a suburb in Bergen; 16 detached suburban houses will be demolished to make way for urban blocks housing 260 apartments, 6000 sq-meters of commercial space and 9300 sq-meters of office locations.

Just completed:
Quote:
The Knowledge Centre at St. Olav’s Hospital in Trondheim completes the overall scheme for the hospital grounds that has been on-going since the design competition in 1995, and is centrally located in the heart of the development.

Designed with a strong emphasis on function*ality and usability, the Knowledge Centre will provide facilities for both St. Olav’s Hospital and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. The building services include out*patient treatment rooms, laboratories, of*fices, isolated bedposts, ward, library, study rooms, auditoriums, canteen and restaurant.

The main building structure is wrapped around the primary place of sharing knowl*edge; the egg-shaped auditorium. The fa*cades are held together by a ‘skeleton’ with a dynamic structure that allows for flexible placement of windows fit to cater for the di*verse functions inside the centre. Incorpo*rated in the frontage is a unique and com*pletely integrated artwork, refining the ele*ments already present in the passive facade.

As the first hospital building in Northern Eu*rope, The Knowledge Centre is built to pas*sive house standards. On average energy con*sumption will be reduced by 75% compared to existing health buildings.

I'm not completely sure if this is a real project or just a architects vision. I've tried searching for it, but the only reference I've found have been on the architects homepage. However they are involved in another real airport project here in Norway so it is not that unrealistic for it to be real ... And it does looks rather professional.

Quote:
Arctic Ocean Airport, Norway

A new regional airport terminal and masterplan in northern Norway. The Arctic Ocean Airport will capture the spirit of the place in relation to natural forms, light, ocean & in its materiality. The terminal building is organised in a highly functional manner, with central service spine and open plan spaces to the perimeter, which effectively defines the private and public split of functions and allows flexibility for future expansion. The roof form is the defining element, which embraces the spirit of the region, natural phenomena and spectacular scenery.

But again I have to stress that I have no idea if it is a active project.

Proposal on how to develop the waterfront of Åndalsnes made by JAJA architects on behalf of the muni. I don't know if they have found any investors willing to fund it though.

A proposal for a development in Svolvær, Lofoten. It may be hard to see, but it is the blocks that have been drawn in furtherest to the right on this overview. I was unable to find any more renders or information besides an article in Norwegian about it.

Location: https://maps.google.no/maps?q=svolv%...gl=no&t=h&z=15

Based on the appearance of the plans, then I would guess it is going to be a row of boathouse-inspired buildings - something which is quite popular in Lofoten and Svolvær. Example:

I would guess this development will looks quite similar.

A new development at Finnsnes, Northern Norway. Planning wise it looks a little bit too suburban for me taste. It's planned to include a hotel in the highest building. I believe the plans are currently out on public hearing.

A small waterfront project in Ulsteinvik. It's under construction. There is a step 2 (not shown here) of the project planed too, so it will be a transformation of this little towns waterfront.
