This is an incredible project!! probably one of the best in the burbs.. Can only imagine what the value ( per sq ft) rate would be if something of this sort was being built in south Mumbai..

Yes- and thats a good thing IMO - it will help accelerate the density of the skyscrapers and supertalls !

but you dont think it will lead to a skyline that is kind of... repetitive?

True - but a "spaced out" skyline density which is shaping mumbai is far superior to the choked wall-to-wall repetitious style of manhattan or even tokyo!! Its more pleasant IMO - I hate NYC - feel like a rat ! Mumbai seems to be moving more towards Dubai styled construction!! Which is damned good!!

@sixsigma I am absolutely the opposite though.I love the density of skyscrapers and prefer them around a certain area instead of them scattered here and there. Its gives a certain "identity" to the skyline. It also allows better planning to take place to cater to the increased needs of tall buildings.
Suburbs should also have high rises too,but get them a bit more closer.

+1, NYC looks like concrete jungle, as compare to Dubai one, yes there no doubt that NYC has best skyline until Dubai started building

Wadhwa is probably one of the most reliable builders in the Mumbai market.

Its been 5 months of no picture updates....what is the height now, is it still growing tall??!!
And this thread probably has the best smooth picture updates I have ever seen...except for now...lol

All I know is 12 floors are done from the official website.
