And this thread probably has the best smooth picture updates I have ever seen...except for now...lol

All I know is 12 floors are done from the official website.
If you see above pics and count it has more than 12 floors that was 5 months back....

This is one of my fav residential buildings in the suburbs. Sleek and fantastic cladding. That can be seen in the image posted by 101.

Thanks for the update.....There doesn't seem to be any increase in the number of completed floors since the last update....Is it on hold or something?

One of the better designed residentials.

Its these designs that should be built in Central Mumbai or even SoBo.

It deserved a "town-side" location.

But this location in borivali is no downmarket area either. These buildings are built over the erstwhile Club Aquaria, which was a high end club that attracted the upper middle class of the western suburbs. It was regularly used as a shooting location by tv soaps. They already have 2 luxury towers named as Vasu Kamal in the complex.

I agree. In fact, I am quite familiar with this area. It is a nice area as far as the burbs are concerned. However, I am not opposed to the location at all. I am saying is that this classic looking building deserved to be in the midst of highrises like the Namaste Tower, Indiabulls Sky Suites/Forest, etc. It is a nice looking building.

That's one way to look at it. On the other hand, I see this as a sign of bridging the gap between the suburbs and the town.
