Also to spread the nice looking buildings everywhere. Not just like having good looking building in downtown.

Yes.
But as a buyer I am not really happy at these projects moving to the Northern suburbs, as they only tend to push property prices even higher. For a middle class family like mine, purchasing a home in Borivali is getting increasingly dearer.

It is always good to have a mix catering to every class of people. There will just be small pockets which will have those posh projects. While Hiranadani Powai, costs around 20 k per sqft, the surrounding areas may not cost even 10 k per sqft. Similarly, Marine Drive Vs Marine Lines, etc. Otherwise commuting will be difficult and the city will be a hell to live.

There will be price differentation based on overall location and a further differentaition based on sub-location.

The design felt different but the floor count and the green nets & crane made me feel it was this one. Sorry if it isn't this. Must be some other building in Borivali West.

^ Thanks a lot.
Btw you can reduce the resolution to 1024*725 for best view in this forum. Imageshack allows you to do that while uploading.

Just don't add a diving board! The incredible apartments that have swimming pools instead of balconies

Architects have made a splash with a bold design for new towers in Mumbai featuring swimming pools enclosed in glass instead of balconies.
Known as Aquaria Grande, the 37-storey skyscrapers were the result of a collaboration between Hong Kong-based architect James Law and Indian real estate company Wadhwa Group.
The complex would have 200 apartments, three levels of car parking, a gym and sauna.

But not everybody feels inspired by the ambitious vision, with technology blog Gizmodo describing it as an 'architectural nightmare'.
Writer Jesus Diaz claims on the site that the design is a 'deadly accident waiting to happen'.
He adds: 'No matter what you want to call this, I would call it crazy.'
Another blogger for the mymodernmet site, however, appeared to find the idea of swimming pool balconies more appealing.
Contributor Pinar said the design represented an 'unbelievable skyscraping residential complex'.
She said the pools were among its 'most outstanding and eye-popping features.'

the usual slum/rich comments aside which have become par in the british media.

and the fact that the daily mail is not always an accurate paper.

Seems we have bit of an architectural gem on our hands. Would experts agree?
