From the tower renders - doesn't look like all floors will have a pool. Maybe just the penthouses.

The pool render is of the Bandra Ohm project and wrongly attributed to Aquaria Grande. It was all over reddit, pinterest etc in February. Seems like no one bothered to verify :/

and the Aussie Herald Sun

Both are rehashed from other sources with little fact checking involved.

ahah, fail. Especially when they posted it along with the full renders of the towers in which there is clearly no "swimming pool balconies"

Those photos are fake.

The photos that conned a Brit tabloid, and gave city builder a headache

Wadhwa group’s office inundated with calls after a UK newspaper ran a story on its website about the developer’s project, featuring swimming pools enclosed in glass instead of balconies

A series of photographs that have been floating around on the internet have ostensibly conned a leading British tabloid, and sent a prominent Mumbai-based developer’s phone into overdrive.

A few weeks ago, photographs of a plush apartment complex where every balcony was a swimming pool went viral on the internet. These photographs appeared in a set along with images of the Wadhwa Group’s upcoming Aquaria Grande complex in Borivali.

A leading British tabloid put two and two together, and ran a story on their website about the Wadhwa group’s project featuring swimming pools enclosed in glass instead of balconies. They even analysed the feasibility of the pools-for-verandahs plan.

Ever since the story appeared, the developer’s office and brokers dealing with the project located in Borivili have been inundated with phone calls from potential buyers, with one of the brokers saying they had been receiving enquiries from all around the world.

Those photos were morphed by someone using Photoshop. That concept would have been pretty cool though.

if the BKC capital is any indication, this building should be stunning because it was designed by the same Hong Kong based architect, not that king of tackiness hafeez contractor
