Yeah, and even if they built this, they shouldn't build it in front of the world's best skyline, thats just silly

Really, then i was wrong. I just remember the competition of the 5 proposal where they chose Foster.

Two other rejected designs from the same competition of Hermitage in Paris. First by Daniel Libeskind.


This one by Jean Nouvel.

No, this is the competition for Signal Tower, there was no official competition for Hermitage Plaza!

BTW here is the Foster's proposal for Signal Tower : (rejected)

Looks like Libeskind winning design for the Dream Hub in Seoul joins the list of never built projects. Main tower was 655m tall.
