more on Cafe Lucia...
    Located at Real Sagkahan street its close to Astrodome and Robinsons and really easy to reach. The location couldn’t be better, you’ve got a great view over the sea and at night you can enjoy the lights of the surrounding area. The whole cafe has a very relaxed environment with its sofas, nice music and great artwork. The artwork is from local artist and is really unique. They feature different art exhibition and support the local art scene, which for me is another reason to go there every other day. The menu is small compared to other cafes, but each one of there drinks and meals is really good. It’s not the quantity that makes this cafe stand out, it’s the quality. The prices aren’t higher even so it probably has the nicest view in Tacloban and you can enjoy it while using the free Wi-fi as I do right now. Doesn’t get much better than that! Visayas scrambles to give jobs to graduates TACLOBAN CITY -- The office in Eastern Visayas of the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) is stepping up employment enhancement initiatives as around 17,000 new college graduates join the labor force this year. DoLE regional director Forter Puguon said he has been meeting with the Public Employment Service Office, private recruitment and placement agencies, contractors and sub-contractors to facilitate the employment of the new graduates. Mr. Puguon said the business process outsourcing sector could absorb the new graduates, while the election campaign has been providing temporary jobs.
