Jumeirah Road -Al Urouba Road corner just before the Mercato .

Mesc is the main contractor , many cranes there.

There is another mall (Sunset Mall or similar) on the Jumeirah Road , it was ready last year but still empty .

Sunset will stay empty forever, I met with the owners DIP when it first handed over as they were looking for people to help them populate the retail and commercial units.

I quote 'We only want high end brands that are not already in Dubai, we know the sq ft rate is too much but we don't care and it will stay empty rather than drop it'

That was over 2 years ago now, seems to be working well for them, don't go down there often, assume it is still empty?

Yep, drive past almost every day, recently they've got some boards up over the units saying they're reserved for brands I've never heard of but no signs of life.
