Are you sure the new Sungui Arena will have a capacity of only 20 000?
Looking at the renderings, it seems like the new stadium has almost 40 000 seats! |

 I am a big fan of the Berlin stadium, but I believe the blue track is jarring, and does not go with the rest of the stadium. The roof is incredible though. wholesale party dresses |

INCHEON - SUNGUI ARENA PARK STADIUM (20,891)
Sungui Arena Park is a multi-use stadium in Incheon, South Korea, that is under construction.
Once completed in 2011 , September, it will be used mostly for football matches and will host the home matches of Incheon United F.C. of the Incheon United F.C.. The stadium was designed with a capacity of 20,891 spectators.

Great to see a football-specific stadium in Korea, rather than yet another massive athletics arena that only gets built because a construction company has friends in the local council.
From the outside it looks much bigger than you'd expect for a 21,000 seater, although that's probably because it's so elevated. I presume the area underneath will be parking space? They have that at the Stade Louis II in Monaco, and it's caused problems for the pitch for years. |
