Do you also count buildings that has topped off?

In Metro Manila, Knightsbridge Residence has already topped out way back January 2012.
It's supposed to have 250m in height.. It hasn't finished construction though... (tall one on the left side)
sorry I do not have the official heights..

(there are other projects in progress, Discovery Primea is most likely next to top off )

Should pass HK in the next few years for the #2 spot behind Dubai. Speaking of HK and Dubai, anyone know exactly what their numbers of buildings over 200 meters is?

Indeed NY is catching up, but hey I've been saying that for years.
HK is at 62 right now, and sadly it will remain at that level for some time because we only have one 200m+ project under way right now.
Shanghai has 44 buildings over 200m. And Dubai has something close to 70.

What? the Philippines had only 8 buildings above 200 meters?

1 PBCom Tower 259 m (52F)
2 The Gramercy Residences 250 m (72F)
3 Discovery Primea 250 m (68F) (UC - Topped Off)
4 The Knightsbridge Residences 220 m (64F) (UC - topped Off)
5 GT International Tower 217 m (47F)
6 BSA Twin Tower 1 215 m (55F)
7 BSA Twin Tower 2 215 m (55F)
8 St. Francis Tower 1 213 m (60F)
9 St. Francis Tower 2 213 m (60F)
10 One Rockwell West Tower 210 m (55F)
11 Petron Megaplaza 210 m (45F)
12 UnionBank Plaza 206 m (49F)
13 Greenbelt Lorenzo Tower 205 m (57F)
14 Golden Empire Tower 203 m (57F)
15 One Corporate Centre 202 m (45F)

so Philippine had 15 building over 200m. But we account only 200m+ roof height. We don't consider 200m+ with spire

Iran and Morroco had 0 building above 200m . Morroco had Hassan II Mosque 210m; is a mosque, not a skyscraper. And the tallest building in Iran is Tehran International Tower 163m

What? 15 buildings over 100 m?

Correction: it's 200 m. If 100m it would be hundreds

Why topped off buildings will not be accounted for? They are still buildings - and 200 m and above

sorry, I type "1" instead of "2", I had correction.

ok,accounted topped off buildings. But,not accounted under construction above 200m. it should be at least topped off.

And The Gramercy Residences 72f measure 302 m

You have been saying that, and thanks for the answer! It's so hard to find a reliable source for this type of information, so it's appreciated. And NY could catch Dubai in the next decade, least that's how it looks now. Hopefully HK can get rolling again. Any insights into the lull of large scale, 200+ meter construction?

Why Philippines has only 13 instead of 15? All 15 are now completed and occupied. And the current tallest in the Philippines is still PBCom at 259 meters. The 73 storeys Gramecy which is planned to be 302 meters was downgraded and end up with 250 meters only.

Although there's a lot of 200 m + buildings are on the way

According to the post of isaidso, South korea has 42 buildings over 200m. But it already becomes an old data as time goes by.
