'citypia' could you look over this list and let me know if it's accurate? I realize I don't have Goyang or Daegu buildings in there so would you mind getting the information on that so we can have a verified South Korea list? Thanks so much.

I'm rounding up (unless we get a building that's 199.5 m), but will change the city name, thank you!

I've put a lot of work into this thread over the years and aim to be fair and respectful of everyone. I use the same criteria for every city so in no way has the Philippines been singled out. Above all, the integrity of the list is paramount or its not valuable to any one. Instead of insulting someone you don't know, it might be more productive to help us get the list up to date as I haven't worked on it in over a year.

The thread is a 'roof' height list. The intention is to avoid this:

I'd very much like to get an accurate list for the Philippines with your help and others, but could do without the nastiness you've directed at me.

Philippines (completed 200m+ buildings: roof height)

Gramercy Residences, Manila, 250 m
PBCom Tower, Manila, 241 m
Saint Francis 1, Manila, ~210 m
Saint Francis 2, Manila, ~210 m
Union Bank Plaza, Manila, 206 m
1322 Roxas Boulevard, Manila, 203 m
One Rockewell West, Manila, 202 m

Updated Feb 1, 2013

GT International Tower is 181 m to roof
One Corporate Centre is 185 m to roof
BSA I & II look to be below 200m roof height?
Philippine Bank of Communications, Petron??

So I have 7 so far. We'll get there eventually, but this one's tricky as reliable data is scarce. I believe I had Saint Francis 1 & 2 already counted, but what's the correct roof height? I could only find architectural height.

2 buildings in Makati PH has already topped off

Discovery Primea Makati, Philippines
topped off last year (Jan 2012)
architectural height is 250m...

sorry, no official roof height released yet..

Knightsbridge Residences, Makati Philippines
status: topped out
Architectural height: 220 meters
sorry again, no info on official roof height..

both should be safe to be more than 200m I assume.

I'll still try to look for official roof heights for the integrity of the list. Would ask help from one of the MODs in the PH forums.

I think you forgot G.T. International Tower 217m
so Philippine has just 10 buildings 200m + roof height !

and Discovery Primea 250m
Knightsbridge Residences 220m will be add when completed

sorry forgot that.. see updated list above.
GT doesn't make it in the list.. doesn't pass the 200m roof height requirement.

confirmed Knightsbridge and Discovery.

PLEASE update if there are errors in my post.
I'm not entirely confident with Knightsbridge Residences yet...

in fact, it is not possible to update all the buildings because in this year 2013, there will be approximately 150 building over 200m+ roof height completed.

So I have an idea, we will count only buildings completed until February 2013. Then in July 2013 we will create a new list

Mexico has 2 buildings 200m+ roof height:Torre Mayor 225m and Torre Ejecutiva Pemex 211m

And this is Panama list roof height (in red unconfirmed roof height)

1.Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower 284m
Torre Vitri ~280m
3.The Point 266m
Ocean Two 246m
5.Tower Financial Center 255m
Pearl at the Sea 230m
7.F&F Tower 233m
Waters on the Bay 232m
9.Megapolis Torre 1 230m
Rivage 228m
11.Q Tower 226m
Ten Tower 221m ?
13.White Tower 218m?

Aqualina 210m
15.Yacht Club Tower 210m?
Oasis on the Bay 210m?
17.Condominio Bahia Pacifica 208m?
Oceania Business Plaza 207m?

19.Ocean One 208m
