No it is not.

There was a rumor to extend the Shanghai metro to Jiaxing which later turned out to be untrue and the government is looking into an intercity commuter line for that corridor.

Hangzhou actually was thinking of extending the subway to Haining but a commuter line possibly along the Huhang Railway Line was chosen instead.

Haining and Jiaxing are 20km apart.

Shenzhen Metro Line 11 will not connect to Dongguan Metro R2 right now. There is 17.5km between the terminals of the two lines.

I see some line numbers have been shuffled. Line 13 was line 15, line 15 was line 17, and line 17 was line 18, so I assume what was line 13 is now line 18. Line 12 was line 10, line 16 was line 12, this is consistent with line 10, which used to be line 16.

In my opinion , it's not the official map . Because it isn't in high quality . And the terminal is not a dot without white circle dot .

The official dot is not be seen yet .

That's a depressing view.

I think Shenzhen is becoming cancerous. It's time for a city-wide purge.

Is it me or is there all 5 door cars on this set. Does that mean not all train sets have 2 first class cars?

the two first class coaches both have three doors only... with two additional fake ones to make a simultaneous look with standard class coaches.

Asia's Longest Subway Station Construction Work Starts in Shenzhen

Confirmed by other Chinese news sources. The station in question is Pinghu Central the terminus for Line 10. They are saying something about the station structure being over 700m long. I don't know how they are measuring it.
Regardless, the more important statement that the article seems to just brush aside is that ridership projections for the line has been increased by 20% so the rolling stock design for the line has been changed from 6 cars to 8 cars. The question is what is Line 10's loading gauge, is it size A or B? I think it is size A because Shenzhen seems to have gave up on B Size after the semi-disaster called Line 3. Line 9 was originally envisioned to use 6 car B size trains but was changed to A size just before it started construction. However, I did read somewhere that the station platform is only 170m long. 8 car A size trains are about 185 meters long but 8 car B size trains are 160 meters long so B size fits the bill. Anyways, I am hoping what I read was wrong and they are going to use 8 car A size trains. Line 4 needs all the relief it can get.

I also have a question. Is it the first line BEYOND Shanghai with 8A-car trains?
