Dr. Kamal Obeid Inaugurates Goan Sports TV Channel

Goan Sports daily organized a celebration last Friday at the Friendship Hall to announce the kick-off its sports channel.

Goan Editor-in-Chief, Ramadan Ahmed Al-Said affirmed during the ceremony that the channel aims at serving the nation in general and the sports sector in particular, adding that they selection distinguished cadres to achieve the aspired goals of the channel.
It is to be noted that the Goan Sports TV Channel will officially start on the first of May with experimental transmittance as of Friday April 9th, 2010.
On his part State Minister at the Ministry of Information, Dr. Kamal Obeid said that Goan is a pioneer sports paper which tops the list of sports papers for several years.
Journalists' Union Chairman, Dr. Mohy Addeen Titawi affirmed that the inauguration of Goan Sports TV Channel reflects the strong desire of Ramadan Ahmed Al-Said in promoting the sports sector in the country to cope with the international media.

It's as if we don't have enough of the sports daily!!
I have no problem with media affiliated with certain teams, as Goan is with al-Hilal.. but Goan just spills its hatred towards al-Merriekh in a very despicable and unethical way.
