This project will be complete on time. Demand (from foreign companies) has been growing significantly since the beginning of this year.

The demand of office spaces in Phnom Penh (ex. OCIC Tower) has surged from 30% few months ago to 60% last month, and 20% more this month

Don't worry! Early this month I saw workers stick a kind of still almost around the building like they going to put the wall glass soon.

This building will be the head office of Hyundai car factory in Cambodia so that they need to finish it on time because the said factory will be start in late this year or early next year if I'm not mistaken.
