Yes, foreigners are allowed to purchase apartment units in Cambodia. There's no limitations.

One of my relative purchased a unit in this building two years ago ..

Sorry I've been very busy these days and don't have time to take photos. I see it I can tomrrow ..

After knowing the property markets well enough, my answer is that I am not going to purchase or invest in any real estates in Cambodia unless the price drop by another 50-70%. It is not worth to buy any real estate assets even now

I think you should separate purchase for living and invest. Developing country like Cambodia, Vietnam or China, now is the time to invest in real estate. Price will get higher and higher until demand and supply are saturated

Not in the capital, property are overvalued in most of the capital city now. A problems in PP now seems to be oversupply (which explain lots of stopped or go slow project now), there may be strong demand from investors, but without real demand to use these apartments or offices, we do face a real risk of a property bubbles burst.

Oh! I got it. Because my Taiwanese friend asked me about how he can invest in Cambodia. I recommended him about real estate. I will correct this information. Thanks! So how do you think about it? Reason is income or habit (maybe people still prefer tube house more than live in apartment) ? Sorry! I really don't want to compare Vietnam and Cambodia, I just want to focus on the business. Because few years ago, VNese people still kept traditional thinking about land, they thought land is forever and convenience so they rejected apartment. But now they know living in apartment is more convenience. And what kind of service Cambodian really need now ? (about high tech, relax, education...?). Thank so much!

People still think like that now, but got to face the fact land are scarce and most people can never afford to own any.

Tube house is only good if you are nice and fit, as you gets old, is really not nice to go up and down on a day to day basis.
