One more real story I think you all already knew this..!

7NG was approved by CDC to build a new bridge to connect Arey Khsat with Hun Sen garden and the last they waiting for PM to give a signature to start a construction but the said project was unapproved and 7NG,CDC also strongly blame by PM.

Totally even PM older but he also know that if the bridge completed build that area till independence munoment will be finished.

And I wish our PM to promote the next generation to takeover the old.!

For me, anyways I'm happy to see Cambodia deverloping even not so standard like Europ country but we can compare it to some SEAsian in the future.
We can use the skill of European, America, Asia, Africa... if it is good. All good things are good too be used.

I think even the Naga Casino location is also inappropriate because it makes National Assembly a joker's house.

Anyway, I agree with you that "no high-rise at the 400m radius from any point starting from the Independent Monument". I even go further to say no tall buildings built within 1 km of the monument. This Rose Building is a complete misplaced. I wish our government should have had clear vision on how our beautiful Phnom Penh should look like before approve those tall building projects. Zoning is what I thonght we should have done.

Thanks for sharing the photos yangkhm

I believe construction has slow down a bit by looking at your photos.

I meant that the current construction on these towers are on their 25th floors. 3 more floors of construction and the towers will top out.

And yes, there are 7 towers together but the other 3 towers will be the next phase of construction for this project. 4 towers for Phase I and 3 towers for Phase II (7 towers all together).

The number of storey is the same. 4,14,24 floors don't exist in this tower.
In another old thread explain why.

This superstition regarding the naming of the floor is rediculous. If the floor count from the ground floor is 24, it should be called the 24th floor. This is one of the most rediculous things in Asian culture.

There is a gap in between, so 4 towers all together
