The owner - Sun Wah Group is currently developing this huge project at Saigon, Vietnam

Saigon Pearl

Once the Saigon Pearl completed, the developer may consider about spending more time, and work forward on this project.

Don't worry much, in VN, it is in good speed. I think it will U/C in PP soon, maybe next 1.5 years.

Here you all talking about (Sun Wah IFC) or Phnom Penh Pearl ?
Because untill now I'm very mixed up with these two project.

What I know Sun Wah IFC near Naga casino, so where is P-penh pearl should be located?

I think SeeMacau knew about these???

The name ''Sun Wah IFC' and 'Phnom Penh Pearl' are actually referred to the same project. Phnom Penh Pearl is just a new name of this project. The design is slightly change from the original one.

I cannot 100% guarantee this, since I cannot find any news related to this project, and I didn't see any activities at the construction sites.

They are both the same project. Sun Wah IFC=Phnom Penh Pearl...

Notice the sign of name of the project on the upper left of the photo below. It says Sun Wah Pearl Phnom Penh.

I really wait and see this Sun Wah wake up because it's sleeping so long ago since the world not yet face with financial crisis.

I don't know what is the reason for this Sun Wah.
Other company's reason for hold on is financial crisis, but Sun Wah was announce long time before this crisis...!

Yes, I believe this is the new design, but I am not sure whether this will be use as the final design.

It was designed before the end of Nov 2009.

The design is not bad, I like glass on the window. Just too simple, too regular, not very original.
It miss an identity.

I don't know why it is in vogue now, but a lot of builder make a mass of towers very close, without space. I don't like it.

I like design original, unique and beautiful. it must send a message

Nice but not make me suprise with its design..., They should design it better then this by keep more space and build it more high as possible, instead of make it very close and narrow like this...!
