What a rip off!! This company and many others are ripping off cambodia. These buildings are costing about twice the average cost of the building of similiar size and quality of those in the United States.

Not for now. I must finish my studies before. Maybe later. But I know much people who comes back to Cambodia. And I discuss with them about new buildings :-)

I really like how theres a lot of trees and plants. If they were to plant more plants around phnom penh, it would really make it look attractive

I agree with you but this won't happen in Phnom Penh until many years down the road.

anyways, I like the new renderings for this project. The waterpark looks cool and the towers has an Asian/Khmer flare to it. Lets hope that the company follow through on its plan.

Either have Cambodian citizenship / or have their companies registered in Cambodia.

Do you mean companies buy for rent to their employees
or employees can buy because their companies is registered in Cambodia ?

if Companies is owned 100% by foreigner. Could they buy villas for their employes (even foreigner)?

Anyway, the best option to purchase any land properties is to apply for citizenship in Cambodia.
