initially was 311 m....they reduce the height because they increased the floor area. Plot ratio remain the same.

Thanks...floor level reduce to 50 at the moment...developer kaya so they can change anytime as they like.

because the construction cost is more than the budget from the developer..so no choice got to reduce the level..building a tower more than 70 level will be very expensive moreover the selling price cannot substiante with the overall cost for the tower.
