Wish those chawls and slums in the first picture can be demolished for a park or a nice seafront common area... like the one they have in chicago with Seaworld, Observatory, and similar activity centers... dont think it will be possible given votebank politics.

For some reason, seems like construction has stopped or is progressing v slow...is this building also caught in any kind of controversies???

I think that Orbit corp is facing some liquidity issues because it has invested a lot of cash in an under dispute property on Napeansea road at least that is what I read some where. I guess that could be the reason for the slow pace. There are other Orbit projects on Napeansea road such as Orbit Arya and Orbit Haven..god knows what the status is on those projects.
