Savz, I reckon, you start putting some kind of watermark on your pictures. You never know these other sites, they will take your pictures and won't credit you for that either.

Excerpts from Orbit's Q1 investor conference call. Explains what's up with the slow progress:

Terraces has been again, not been to the mark as far as our expectations were concerned in terms of completion, again given the slow pace of the provisions that we have been receiving. Again Terraces our hope is that given the new regulations, which will be put in place by the end of September and the renewed speed which we will be able to give would ensure that the sales in Terraces will take the speed.

As far as Orbit Terraces is concerned the progress had been absolutely slow in terms of the floors being added because of the lack of commencement certificate which we are still expected. We are hoping that from the end of September as under the new policy things start getting cleared this would everybody the project in the first in the queue to go up and then we may see during the second half of this financial year just the considerable amount of progress.

According to the construction contractor (BIDL), the tower is 207.05 meters tall

Orbit Haven, Napeansea Road is 133.85 meters
Orbit Grand, Lower Parel is 123.75 meters

IU, change the title from 'on hold' to 'U/C'. This has progressed half floor compared to previous update. The luffing jib crane(inclined) towards right is for lodha's commercial project (savz told me this).

Use the arrow marked floor slab for comparison.
