Yes. The entrances that will be available come December to the PATH Hall is from Tower 2, Tower 4 at Church @ Liberty and East/West Concourse.all of these will be permanent possible entrances.

What are those extra pieces attached to some of the purlins in the middle of the North side? Are they permanent? I hope not.

Though the Tower 2 entrance will presumably have to be closed again once construction restarts. (Perhaps not? Years from now either way.)

Definitely would have to be, but by that point the Hub/ Towers 1, 4 and maybe 3 (depending on if Tower 2 resumes in the next few years ) will be open for access so it wouldn't matter if they closed it anyway.

they are really on there....fully welded as opposed to temporary tacked in place, or bolted on...

there is a markup on one of them indicating it has been inspected....which makes me think its permanent....

Can't tell for certain, but they almost look open on the bottom. Maybe light fixtures?

That's certainly a possibility but getting power to them would be a major problem. I'm bordering if they have something to do with airflow between the rafters, some sort of aerodynamic deflector?
