Ok, got it, it would mean then "to ensure the unique (or exceptional) design of the building"

Concerning thermally broken sections, I don't quite understand where they should be placed? Inside the hollow box sections? Or these are alluminium sections (panels) with thermal break inside? Am I right, if I suggest that the word "sections" have different meaning in phrases "thermally broken sections" and "aluminium alloy hollow box sections"? In the latter "sections" means "shapes" whereas in the first phrase it is meant "parts" or "profiles"
Here is the text again:

"Vertical Curtain Walling General
The curtain walling shall be manufactured from thermally broken sections, fully pressure equalised, aluminium alloy hollow box sections, sized and rebated profiles with no visible fixings to specialist design."

That is quite strange wording, almost as if it was translated into English.

Thermally broken and pressure equalized makes me think multi-glazed glass with argon between the panes. But that's just a guess because it is not standard building terminology that I'm aware of.

Crane removal finished except for base:

About the skylights, look closely and you'll see they've started to attach flanges to the bottom of the upper portals. I assume this will support the glazing framework?

Yes, grillage foundation will commence at the very earliest January 5th. It is great to have another insider here, please keep us updating with new info. Cheers!

Enclos first envelope panels will go up on the south side during this week, perhaps tomorrow.

Here is the whole text:

"Vertical Curtain Walling General
The curtain walling shall be manufactured from thermally broken sections, fully pressure equalised, aluminium alloy hollow box sections, sized and rebated profiles with no visible fixings to specialist design.
The curtain wall system shall incorporate pressure equalised cavities incorporating a minimum of two layers of defence against water leakage an outer layer of seals to prevent water ingress and an inner layer of properly designed drainage channels to remove water, which passes the first line of defence.
Glazing setting blocks shall have a minimum width of that equal to the thickness of the glazing unit to ensure that all panes within the unit are fully supported. Setting blocks shall be positioned no less than 30mm or a maximum of 50mm from the corner of the glazing unit or in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Setting blocks shall not block drainage water paths or ventilation routes to the perimeter of the glazing.
The curtain wall is to include for external drainage.
Where the fašade is mullion drained any water running down the mullion must be discharged at regular intervals down the mullion, which shall not exceed 10 m, or in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
The curtain walling shall have moisture/vapour resistance secondary weather membranes mechanically fixed and sealed to the perimeter of the curtain walling and to the structure to maintain the air tightness of the system and provide a second line of defence against water penetration. Secondary weather membranes must be mechanically fixed to the structure by means of aluminium clamp angles and suitable fasteners."

It looks like that these pressure equalised cavities are cavities between an aluminium panel and layer of defense, so-called rainscreen that should be pressure equalised. May be these layers of defense are the thermal breaks themselves?

The grillage and foundations are already complete. Integrated Structures (Francis A Lee Companies) installed it early last week.

The heat straightening was submitted over 2 weeks ago.

That would have been one week before I posted - but I still haven't seen anything on that...
It looks like you have better access to information than I do and I'll take your word for it - but from an engineering point of view I still have my doubt regarding the efficiency of a heat straightening process...
