I think it will really go into peoples' minds once the last of the fencing is taken down that it is no longer Ground Zero.

The opened new platform for Hoboken trains was closed on Wednesday likely because of construction on the other platform and its access.

They've been closing it in the middle of the day every day since December. It's open at morning and evening rush hour.
