And for last couple of days some mobile crane is doing something at South East part of the building. I have a strong feeling that it installes window enclosures a most East part of South segment because it not that hight as central part and is reachable whith smaller and cheaper cranes.
But I cannot prove this idea.

Does anybody know exactly what type of paint they are using? I'm sure it's some type of epoxy paint or something like that. It has to be something is designed to stand up to the elements for a long time considering repainting this structure would be a major project.

It's strange that they are installing the glass before painting in those areas. I realize the paint would have to be touched up after the glass was installed but it certainly seems like it would be easier to paint the large areas prior to installation. I'm assuming they are spraying the paint (coating?) on the order to get a smooth coat.
