Yes, and 2WTC. The big question is when???? At 2WTC, the new entrance is still blocked off with chain link and barbwire, and there are small dumpsters in front of the door that haven't moved for weeks.

I think we may have some a suprise on our hands. It would make sense for them to open it. It would alleviate some of the congestions above ground.

the entrance at "4" still looks quite behind... I don't know how long till they open them all...

So, I am wondering going by the internal photos of the infrastructure, are they going to maintain the clean look of the column frames or will they just collect dust like every other subway station?

I do like the narrower frame versus exposed I-beams or cylindrical pillars for a change, but it only really looks good as long as it retains that plaster-white color.
