Now that the scaffolding is gone, we can see the interior lights through the skylight. We can also see the lights hanging from the wings.

I'm guessing that no there quite old drawings of the underground areas since they still call 1WTC Freedom Tower in them. Also I didn't think that any car parking was going to be available as part of the underground complex for security reasons. Those drawings certainly shows several areas that are designated for car parking.

Won't parking be via the Vehicle Security Center (VSC) on the south side of the site?
