I agree. Probably New York might want to add some context to the building, adding a couple Gehry buildings to the skyline, or probably New York's own version of the Turning Torso.

Great news. I hope they open a walkway on one or both sides of the Transit Hall so I can walk directly down to Brookfield Place and can avoid that horrible Vesey St. rush hour throng.

They are already jumping it down. First tower section is on the ground now.

Yep it's coming down this weekend: climbing down today and taken out tomorrow. The mobile crane to dismantle it is being set up now.

I guess the remaining catwalk covers that still need to be installed are light enough to be done by hand.

In other news, precast mezzanine floor sections are being placed on the beams in the hole by the future PAC site.
