The street view earth cam shows some wooden crane mats right beside the edge of the Oculus. Anyone know what it's for? Maybe to rest some iron that's coming to the site?

I don't think so, if you refer to that post, I think they are the orange ones. Otie's renderings show the red one. But in any case, ribs are on site, so that's good news.

Nice to see things progressing as scheduled, pieces arriving are lower portals and as Beber mentioned, all of those currently on site are the ones that connect only to the B1/balcony columns.

Exactly how many of those pieces will there be? Anyone know? All I know is that there are a TON of them and that they will have no space left to put them if they arrive faster than the cranes can put them up!
