I think it's safe to say that there's nothing wrong with the cameras. It's clear that they don't want us to see certain things from time to time. It makes sense.

At least we get to see them finally finish the roof of the Pavilion.

What are the direct links to the other views? I don't have them.

Could be the last delivery of the larger portals, only a few places at the eastern and western edge are still empty, soon the next step in the oculus construction should start

SidewalkSuper, thanks for those links. The second one works the best on my computer.

I saw somewhere that more Swamp Oak trees are being delivered to the Memorial. Hopefully, the rest of the plaza will open this year. But I wish they had used evergreens; the place is so grey and dreary this time of year.

Another batch of lower portals was deliverd yesterday. these are a bit different though. They are missing a piece at the bottom. I wonder where they are going?

Oh, oh! Those pieces surely are unique, and quite strange. Looks like they are cuting them to match the ceiling finishes...

Could they be for the very ends of the oculus? I thought that there is a steel plate that will hold the concrete slab. Here it is on the very right side of the picture above. A man in an orange visibility vest is standing on it.

im gonna go with the corner areas. probably coped the bottom to fit with the tighter areas.

also ^ based on the shoring tower underneath, id say that is a temp platform. id bet on metal deck and poured floors.

...or maybe the circled pieces:

...fit exactly to the edges of the lower balconies (red arrows), creating a continuous elliptical corridor around the lower part of the oculus...

...these are probably the last pieces of the whole lower portal complex.

I also think they are probably for the corners where the balcony begins.

BTW does anyone know what is the function of those four beams sticking out between the portals on each side at the East end of the oculus? Those are not attached to the rest of the steel but are embedded in the floor slab.

Yes, those pieces belong to the corner areas, what's strange is why make such cuttings when the slab doesn't extend that down.

I think they are HVAC ducts not beams ...

That's my guess too. Here's what they looked like before the rebar and concrete covered them:
