Melaka will be having a Kar Emporium which is currently under proposal

Location will be just beside Creative Factory.At present I lag of information but will share with you guys soon!

I think this must be the car emporium that u mentioned. This project will be another Jaymuda project. Visit www.jaymuda.com, u will see the project being proposed. But not much info u will get from the website too.

It was proposed quite sometime. Hopefully they start the construction already. Btw, has the project started??

I've noticed this project since last year but totally forgotten bout it till I passed by the site 2 days ago.So far nothing's happening at that site.However,my curiosity is,does Melaka have the market for this kind of industry?There are lots of wealthy people at that area but how many of them actually pay attention to automobiles?

But it doesnt look like a shopping mall to me. Taman Tasik Utama will be developed under Hang Tuah Jaya Phase 2 next year. But I'm not sure what kind of development it will be. I wish to see development taking place along Paya Rumput-Ayer Keroh highway. I can see alot of potential there.

True, ever since the highway is built, more and more residential areas r comin out.

I think the Jusco Melaka is too small. Hope they will extend it. Business is still good since the first opening more than 10 years ago. Few years ago, I heard that they have plan to extend it but nothing have been done.

Is work on widening the road from MMU Bukit Beruang to MITC being carried out? I was at the US Pizza last week at night and it was too dark to see. So I hope someone would provide me some info.
Been waiting for the road widening for ages. Really hate to take the short cut road from Bukit Beruang to MITC.

I support your idea as well.I believe they can expand till the land between JUsco and the Court House

Totally agree.I think that area will be a bustling area within 10 years time

Not sure about that....
I only know that they are currently broadening the road from Bukit Beruang to Jusco...
Ya..Now more and more restaurent and food courts opened in Bukit Beruang..my friends told me the food court at Ixora Apartment are delicious....

Actually, what is the square feet for Melaka Jaya Jusco....?
I not really like the design of it...
when jaya jusco opened its door in malacca at early 90's, it was so small and I think it was just the size of malacca fajar (maybe bigger a bit lar)....
But after they extended it few years ago, It looks better now lar....

Mayb the broadening the road from Jusco to MITC. They have planned that for very long time ago. Its time to widen it as more and more vehicles are using the road.

Wow I should try out the food there. But sumtime i'm abit lazy to go to bukit beruang as it is very far from my house. I'm staying in Pulau Gadong

my office is at Taman tasik utama...you can see the white 3 storey building with the big compund next to KUTKMlab....its there...
