Yalor, that mall feng shui betul2 tidak bagus. Hopefully the change of environment around its surroundings could resuscitate it.

Anyway, Public Bank was supposed to shift to the new shoplots on the right side of Old Town by this month but bayang2 of construction pun tak nampak...

There are renovation taking place for few weeks already to the whole row of the new shoplots on the right side of Old Town, wonder is it Public Bank you mention?

No those behind are being renovated into a Club. Inside ada Karaoke, few Slot Machines, Spa, etc. I kaypoh went to ask the Chinese contractor that day. He mentioned it is under the same developer/management as the Wisma Raya where Malacca Club is now at.

Public Bank is the one that is not being renovated now - right opposite of RHB new building; *right side of Old Town; side of the under renovation Club. So whether jadi tak itu gua tak tau.

If not mistaken u mean they hv the lorong tunai now rite? I always find that the Jasin is a little under utilized. Probaly it should be promoted to Singaporeans and Johoreans as an alternate route linking with AMJ?

Sometimes i dont know what the hack PLUS is thinking?Those additional counters complete
with its own walkway looks really silly and so out of place!Why cant they provide proper parking lots instead of cars/buses parking by the curbsIts only one of the busiest highway interchange and yet they hesitating in spend the money for the proper upgrade.During busy holiday season this place look like a pasar malam out of control!

the empty land opposite novotel hotel has been sold. I heard tat the owner want to build a 28 storey condo.

haha. I always hope a 40 storey in melaka. Now we already hv 2 under construction. So new target now is 50

Yeah. However with the current economical sense, I think it will take probably take another decade to reach there.

As a Melakan I'm pretty happy with the current standard of living here and only hope for better public transportation and of course, reduce the jam!

can anyone confirm whether the sunshine empire project resume. If i'm not wrong i saw there's works on the hotel and shopping mall where piling works already completed before the project was stopped

agree. To me tram or monorail cant solve traffic jam in melaka. They should build more highway or flyovers or perhaps middle ring road like seremban

I heard Seong Hoe got the dealership title for VW to be opened in Malacca. Been wondering where they gonna open the 3S Showroom. Could it be there?

Opposite Novotel got empty land? I stay within Melaka Raya vicinity...got meh?
