we should be encouraging mixing drinks like starfruit juice into tea land then making fizzy. then selling this as a kind of lifestyle habit. making their own special newsletter which they can read at the shop with the opinions of an editor. such as the owner of cafe. a special package made profitable and makes life interesting.

imsd o nnot entirely in favour of having mass produce bizness congomorate franchises like this. we should encourage. sole propietors to make their own business in particular in food industry. this is so that some businesses cant take advantage of economies of scale and corner the market get rich and become greedy. but instead use a wider range of suppliers. which means that the supply chain is open to more range of entrepreneurs. which ultimately may lead to more spreading of wealth. amongst business fraternity which of course ultimately means less people go without but have less profi than a monopoly would make

when the original "heritage" building were torn down, the news says it without authrization and done by a singaporean company....

SO I DON'T LIKE IT!!!!!!...why not demolish more and build more fake building

no lag 3 very depleted old shoplot..then roboh..become an empty land for very long time..

i see that former petrol pump beside emperor hotel is fences up, for 4 strory building i think, and another one oposite putra hospital

what i know is that the interior designer is a Singaporean who based in Melaka.

so many development like hatten but i feel we must hold back a bit and let the city grow organically. unless there is demand for specific project that must urgently be done. we must now focus on growing demand for products sold here. and that can only be done by creating a market which does not derive incoe fro consumer prodcts but from other industries which are less brand focused but more iners terms of services for town people. having engineers. who work for service companies like tenaga nasional posmalaysia. gas and water utilities. improving their services. making it more reliable by improving infrastructure. making more accessable. more efficient. wider scope of services. finally having an industrial infrastructure to attract industries that can produce product and service for the local. national. regional international and world market.
When as a town we have more of these type of workers. and it should stimulate the demand for products and services in local economy growing the size of town. but at any point we must make sure the total disposoble income from our citizens is not exceeding or even challenging the value of goods and services in the local economy. in rough terms this is how to maintain. an equilibrium inn the economic market forces and demographics, which makes sure that the town wont become too overcrowded. or that the value of goods and services wont exceed by too large a factor the value of disposable income dispursed in the local economy creating destablizing effects in the economy

This is really marvelous as a hotel design 7stars in my opinion. Please do all you can to maintain this hotel. truly melakas top two the other one being the other new hotel which opened recently.
