1st i heard it was in perak, then in N9.afterwards selangor through PKNS and now melaka.

The website claim.that their agreement with PKNS is still on for future expension or something

i wonder how's the works on the tram is holding up. are they almost done now? It's already in the middle of 2012.

I still remember how grand the ground breaking ceremony, with Najib and all. When was that? Oh yeah, it was during the Merlimau by-election times.

melaka looking good especially bird park thats a good idea. also i think. they should have a three day. film editing movie weekend film studio for tourists. like the spacecenter

Yeah..just like LGE png looping monorail, png bridge aerorail,png Smart tunnel+MRT.

Those mlk tram builder are also the same with batu kawan suka2 monorail test track.

Should i include sg.klang cleaning and boat ride, and those hundred of lrt lines for 1hr transit?.

I guess selangor n penangnite are also dumb!!

The Straits Residence looking quite tall now, together with Novotel hotel the buildings looks huge.

Pak jib just announce PR1MA housing in mlk..hope most of it is highrise..

Just check jkr website.there's only a 5stories maybe akin to public housing in bkt beruang to be built in merlimau.

Haha, Melaka doesn't need PR1MA la. Low cost housing is needed for the poor, while the middle income still can afford Melaka properties. Or maybe I'm wrong, how much is the price range for a house in Melaka, say freehold?
