Was back in Melaka over the weekend. The shore has reached lvl 17-18!

Yes, The Shore is super fast.
Btw, anyone here know how the story of Kenanga Residence? Heard from other forum that the developer hold a meeting with the purchasers early this month. But have not heard any news till now

I think the super structure will top by end of next year By then we will have Melaka first mini supertall

Really nice. It could be the Taman Buaya area, or possibly the Gerai Buah Buahan area?

Look at the skyline in the first picture. The mitc is on the right while seri negeri on the left.

So most likely its behind taman buaya

99 Residence looks great. However, with so much land available in Melaka, would there be a great demand for condos? Anyone knows hows The Shore doing?

not sure...from what I've heard...all the older condos at klebang are mostly 30% full
