I think more hotels should be built in Malacca because more and more tourist visiting Malacca every Year....:P

nice update Gordon.Btw,jsut remember.They've resumed 2 abandoned projects located at Jln Hang Tuah.Probably if can,boleh update us?

One is the shopping centre near Kubu Stadium n one is the building located near Maybank

wow! malacca is a great city. But there is only 1 large shopping complex, mahkota parade. I wonder when the next large shopping complex will be built

I heard that Carrefour planning to come end of 2007, somewhere in Ayer Keroh. Now where is Makro??????????

So maybe they will demolished the Go-Kart and Build the hotel there............

I heard they said Giant going to build at Some where near To Melaka Sentral which are located at Tmn Bachang Utama....

Then For Carrefour, I heard they said Kotamas going to be renovate and Carrefour will be there....

I also read a news regarding kotamas will be renovated. Cineplex and bowling being planned there. A hotel will also be built. However it has been more than six months after the news been announced, i still hav not seen any renovation work being carried out.

I think one of the reason they haven't start renovate Kotamas is bcoz The Store Department Stores is currently situated inside there....
As Long as The Store never shift out, Kota Mas Cannot be Renovate....

Do u know about an upcoming project named car emporium by jaymuda development? It is situated near ayer keroh-durian tunggal highway. Visit jaymuda website to find out. There are a few more condominium projects coming up.
I wonder wat car emporium is. Tell me about it if u know.

but then the location not that strategic..

i think its about time they renovate Kotamas...so empty la..
apart from the Store and Nagoya textile..what other tenants are there at Kotamas?

never been there..always pass by..
