They also have 3 more building under construction.

I think they are complete or almost complete by now.

Yes, the building must be completed (or at the final stage of completion) by now. I shot these pictures during my stay in Kinshasa last December.

It is strange that Congo Futur is keeping a low profile when it comes to communication. As far as real estate investment in Kinshasa is concerned, they are doing almost as good a job as Rakeen Congo

Unfortunately, I didn't pay much attention to figures. All I remember is that it read on the board: "des grandes espaces commerciales". I presume it will be a big one.

As to the one to be built by Rakeen, I guess it will be a mega mall because the whole complex will be dedicated to this one purpose. Rakeen is not known to build small fries. Check out the one they are building in Tbilisi/Georgia.

As to Janet, I've never heard of this lady before. I didn't know that Congo futur is owned by a single person. The lady must be very rich because this company has become a major player in the Congolese economy.

The only known person with that name is Kabila's sister known as Janet Kabila. I dont know if Mulopwe was referring to her. For sure I know that Congo Futur belongs to Lebanese but I dont know whether there are local shareholder amongst them. She is also rumored to partially owe Digitalcongo newspaper and the TV channel. We live in a country of rumour! But good job from Congo Futur.

It's own By Joka sister and few lebanese. They are doing very well in real estate , food production and distribution. They put Orgamen out business ... Congo Furture is well organized.

Yea, i heard that Digital TV is connected to JOKA. a country full of rumors from A to Z.

I wouldn't b surprised that Congo Futur has connections Joka family.

But yes, they are doing a fantastic job. We need people that know how to run Companies. Thats the human resources that builds a country. 1000s of people are Employed by Congo Futur .

They have distribution point or representative throughout DRC. Real-Estate is small portion of their activities mainly in Kinshasa; manufacture (plastic bags, bottle all size) and food distribution are their main business.
